~reneelp：I recently went to Neiman Marcus as I parked my car outside their store and had to cut through. I always stop to look at the dresses which are surprisingly inexpensive during their sales. My mother needed a dress for a wedding and has found * there in the past. We looked around and tried on a few. Pnina was the only sales associate with a busy store. She was amazing! Always patient and helpful. I had some issue son check out because I had not used my Neiman card in some time. She was so patient and helpful I couldn't believe it. It reminded me why we still always buy our dresses there for the special occasions. This is the one place customer service still exists.
