They charged me a $**.** late fee, and reported me to the credit bureaus which caused my credit score to fall *** points from *** to ***. I am applying for a new mortgage and it has caused my rate to go up and it will cost me hundreds of dollars.*None of the * companies research the case well, they don't care or value their older customers. Beware!
