GetHuman-311783:Unfortunately a movie we rented was in error put with the wii games and not returned. We just found it like ** days later. We received no communication saying where's the movie. Apparently even though I get coupons ect from redbox they did not have my email for the rental? I am a regular customer who has never had this happen. They charged me $**.** for a movie that can be bought new at the store for $**. The best they could do is take $** off if I returned the movie. So I would be paying $**.** and have nothing. It was watched once and misplaced. Totally our error but you would think I would of got notification somehow or a little more reasonable grace for a first offense. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the language barrier with the first employee. I guess I should take my business elsewhere if there is so little concern for the customer.
