GetHuman-jjolly1: my sons phone has been switched off on friday several call to vodaphone to connect this phone urgent as my son is in glasgow and i am in dumfries. re connect now please, The ball up started on the *th october with your call center, see notes, I WANT CONPENSATION FOR THIS AND WILL REFER THIS AS A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE ONBUBSMAN.*I have been a customer of vodaphone for **years never has any bother until now going to switch mobile supplier unsatisfactory service
