~George:NEVER RELIANT! I called on behalf of a friend who is trying to establish service. He just moved into an apartment that already had electric service, but apparently NOT with Reliant. They were glad to take him on as a customer, BUT they cut off the current power and will not start his until TUESDAy...five, (*) days without power and FREEZING temperatures. No amount of money can get this resolved. I pity him locked into a contract now he will never be happy with, and I will NEVER consider using Reliant as a power source.
