~Island133:Because the call was answered outside of the US it was very difficult to understand the person. Explained multiple times that the website was not working, she made assumptions as to the reason, never got a straight answer. Asked to speak to tech support, put me on hold to speak to a supervisor returned to the call and told me that "the page was having something wrong". Again asked to speak to tech support, I was hung up on.
