~DParker:this has been going on for the last two weeks*Worst costumer service in the US. Service has been cut off for no reason, still is not working correct. Nor one could get anything correct. Waited on a Tech on ********* no one showed up. Was told tech was running late still waiting on the tech and it is now *********. I will be looking for another cable company, have been with comcast for at least ** years. This is the worst service I have ever been through with comcast.
