I am now going to wait on the phone for another *** hr for a supervisor in the android dept. So unhappy with AT & T service. They had upgraded a phone for me and sent me the wrong one. It has been a total dissapointmnet. I could go to walmart and get talk , text & web for **.** instead of **.** and would not have to spend * days on the phone and * days visiting your At * t store.
