~NICWELLS：I spoke with the supervisor Laura and she was absolutely horrible, she refused to refund the charge and refused to let me speak with her boss. I was not refunded my money and I did not get to speak with anyone else. DO NOT USE ABC MOUSE, THEY ARE CROOKS!!
