GetHuman-375992:I have been trying to speak to a manager from customer service since *******. I have spoken to three dispute resolution supervisors in the last week. It seems to be impossible to speak to a manager in customer service or trust and safety . At best the supervisors are as overworked and unprofessional as there poor staff. I was within two days refunded my money from paypal they have streamlined the process and are responsive to fraud. Ebay really does not care and have no channels to truly communicate and respond. They can not even manage a polite brick never mind removing the brick wall.
