The seller (Parnell) said friday the item was deliver but not send any tracking number or proof, on tuesday the buyer send emails asking what happen, and seller said he still has not ship the item, giving lies and all type of excuses . My nephew gave notice to ebay, and on wednesday the seller send an extremly rude email, coursing my nephew and me, which my my nephew send to ebay as proof. Yesterday in the night the seller, send another email saying he is willing to send the item as long as my nephew PAYS MORE for the delivery. Even though my nephew wants the item, in order for him to avoid more losses and damages, but if the seller is not willing to honor the terms and conditions stipulated on e bay, which were the $**** and something for the item plus $*** for the delivery.Then my nephew wants the reimburse of all the amounts he paid a month and a half ago.
