~Christine:This number is useless. The rep was pleasant and straight forward but there was absolutely no resolution to the call. This number is for logging complaints, but cannot actually fix your problems. Also the booking and fares department is not linked to this customer service department so not only are they unable to resolve your issue but they cannot follow through by booking what you were looking for. Add to that they fact that they don't share your complaints with the bookings and fares department so you have to call them back (who told you to call this number in the first place) to make an actual complaint to that department. Generally Greyhound is just awful. This number was the *th real person I've spoken to about my issue in the past ** hours. ********.
