An automated voice kept coming back and saying, "We apologize for the continued delay and appreciate your patience while waiting for a customer service representative to assist you." At *:** I was pretty sure they had all gone home, but I stayed on the phone till * just in case they would clean up the calls that came in before *:**. *To check that it wasn't some glitch, I called the same number on my cell phone and once I said "agent" twice I was told that NStar had closed for the day. **** poor execution.
