Almost impossible to get in touch with a human, and when I finally did ( After having no power for * hours ) They said someone would be there in * to * hours....that was * hours ago...still no power, and they couldn't care less....I wish I could give them a neg one star....Absolutely disgraceful ..they should be ashamed !
