~Frank H.:Took another ** minutes to get some lady in India to admit she had no clue as to when my damaged shipment replacement was going to be shipped out... all she could say was that is was in processing. Last Saturday got passed from India to El Salvador where someone finally got the ball rolling and order a replacement which was supposed to have shipped out Monday. Again the Indian had no clue!!! It seems that the ONLY folks who had up-to-date info was the PILOT Freight Co. They already have the replacement unit and it's on the way. For a company that deals so heavily with computers, one would think that Dell just might be able to have current information, but obviously their right hand has no clue as to what the left one is doing! A really poor showing for what is supposed to be a top notch company!
