~cav0903:Incompetence, non-caring, song and dance call center. Round and round with no resolution. Was alerted by one of the many sales professionals(my ***) that I spoke to "never to make the *-*pm appointment. The field techs are hourly and do not like to work pass *. If you are lucky enough to get a contracted tech that works per job, they will show up. But those are few and far between. One service professional I spoke to for ** minutes only to tell me that she was in the department which handled business customers and I needed to call back in the morning. WHAT A FIASCO! *Is there anyone at this company that gives a ****...? All these complains and no one is doing anything? COme on!
