Since the problem is not being able to dial out and having only a busy signal when I pick up the phone, it makes no sense to me to "call comcast when you get home so we can figure out and fix the problem." WHAT? That's the problem. I can't dial out. Still, she was a courteous lady who just didn't think it out.
