~Bob:It's too early to tell if we will get resolve this time. Over two years plus I am forced to watch for my un-agreed bill increases. I am usually on the phone for about forty five minutes and have called in so many times I can't count them. I deal with equipment failures, untrained service technicians etc******* They are researching the sales misrepresentations time after time. Sell one product and bill for another repetitiously on the land-line side as well as the cell side of AT&T*******...
