I've called numerous times and spent HOURS collectively over the phone last week and this week, and they have yet to call me back or resolve their mistake. So this loyal customer of * yrs has been with out internet for *.* weeks. I don't think they monitor calls, otherwise these reps would get fired for false promises and not know how to press the back space to delete the address and type in the correct one. Unfortunate for me, there are not many internet provider choices in my area, otherwise I would have amazing internet with Verizon's Fios.
