GetHuman-notmycr：BEWARE! I have been waiting for * media console for * MONTHS!!! They canceled the *st order for this pc. then re-order it. Why? I have no idea, other then their own incompetence. The *st order - they charged me *x*refund *x completely missed that for * mo.. I have been a given a total of * delivery dates. On hold for *** minutes, currently to see if I am about to get a *th NEW delivery date. I completely forgot about an order (preciously) for * nightstands in which * arrived unboxed and lightly wrapped, which we had to return as it was scratched up on the top. It appears that they ship out 'seconds' to folks they hope might consider it a hassle to replace. IF I EVER get this media console...it will be the LAST TIME I order form WE and their other companies. I have NEVER had poor workmanship, customer service, and lack of communication from ANY OTHER like vendor.
