Rep was defensive (raising voice, laughing, implied, she could not resolve matter because "they" are in several states). No immediate resolution available. Still incurring charges while waiting for CHECKS to arrive at their proper destination after second month. Assured pending payments are okay (as was assured last month). Website is not helpful. Nor is trying to find someone in the chain of command.
