~scaupus:i hit * after the second menu and it put me on wait for a rep. the wait was only a few minutes. *service was a * because they could not access my account or my minutes. a new system they said, but its been * weeks since i was able to access my account. and the first rep had to transfer me to a *nd rep, and the *nd was also unable to access the account. he put me on hold while they tried, came back after * minutes to say they were still trying and to hold another minute. Came back to say it would be maybe another ** hours before they had access.
