GetHuman-133957：The customer service reps seem to have no idea what's going on and continuously tell me completely the opposite info every time I talk to them. Since March there's been problems with them deducting $*.** for data charges when I'm not using data - I'm just ckg my balance. Two days ago they told me this was fixed (but it happened again today). When I called, the first person told me it's not fixed and hour later (after I was charged again without having even touched my phone!) the next person could not explain it but again told me it was fixed.
