~BeBe:I waited on hold after being transfered for ** minutes before an agent answered my call. He talked way to fast. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. He then asked me how I got this number. He didn't want me to give this number out. It was a bit strange to say the least. However, he did assist me with my problem. The total call was a tad over ** minutes. I should note that the first agent I had I could barely hear. There was a very loud buzzing sound everytime he spoke. It was very annoying. I was happy when he transfered me simply for the fact that maybe this time I could actually have someone I could hear.. Then I got mr speed talker lol. I would say their customer service BLOWS. You get better customer service at McDonalds. But. I still will continue to use them every year simply for the fact I have never had an issue with the tax software. I will just ensure that I won't need their customer support. TIP- DOWNLOAD your return to your PC. They WILL charge you ** bucks if
