~Holly8906:I immediately got through to a customer service representative, no wait time at all. My problem was that despite paying for a year subscription that started at the end of December*beginning of January, i started getting notices saying that my subscription would be suspended because i hadn't paid for my renewal yet.**It turns out that, unfortunately, as soon as you send in a renewal form, the system updates to show that you need to make a payment.**So beware - DO NOT SEND IN A RENEWAL UNTIL YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION IS ALMOST UP!
