~Don312:I actually waited for about ** seconds for someone to come on the line. Jamar was polite and helpful. Solved my issue in about * minutes or less. The only problem I had was with the voice prompts. She kept asking for my account number which was not on the bill they sent me and I had read and recycled my last issue. After about ** seconds of me being silent they transferred me to customer service and as I said, the call was picked up in about * seconds. So my total wait might have been a minute.
