Finally got a phone call and then a letter telling me everything was complete. Two weeks later I got another form they reportedly need. This time one they had weeks ago filled out!*I am filing a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission. I have not idea why Universities use them. Our Director of Human Resources said it is the same with everyone.*Just a joke!
