He wants to set up a plan for me, yet he never analyzed my account nor knew that I had retired a year ago. What he really seemed to want was to sell me insurance or an annuity. I asked him for one thing: the forms for withdrawing my RMD and additional monies (I did this in ****)* what I got from him was a packet of things I didn't ask for and certainly don't want. Oh, BTW, he never sent me the forms I requested. My experience, two years running, is that TIAA is a solid investment company, but they make it hard for you to get your money out!
