~bp in texas:I had to call at least four times to get someone fix the problem. T-mobile sent me a text telling me they were changing my phone number. I though this was a joke, but it was true. The first time I actually got to talk to a person, they were obviously in India, and they refused to help unless I hung up and navigated the menus again. Two hours later, I finally talked to someone in the US who was able to change my number back, but they said it would be ** hours for them to change the number back.
