GetHuman-137320：I've never had such poor customer service and product EVER! I purchased a product that was faulty, they made me send it back with no phone for '* days' that turned into ** and the phone was still not working properly. Trying to get this resolved has been TORTURE! They want the phone sent back AGAIN and said I can pay $** for a loaner. No one could tell me anything that is going to make me stay with TMobile. After I get a working phone (IF) I'm switching providers.
