Calls to the Panasonic service center in McAllen Texas (***-***-****) are not answered, nor is there even a recording. The phone simply rings and rings ... and rings. Panasonic's repair status website shows that the camera I sent was not received, but the Postal Service tracking number shows it was delivered. It appears that no Panasonic employee gives a d***. I will never again buy a Panasonic product.
