~CathyH:I have been trying to reach Netflights since December **** and I still cannot get through to their Customer Services team. I am trying to amend a booking that was made in November! They responded to an email within ** hours and said 'yes you can change your booking please call us' but the infuriating things is that you cannot call - you are just put on hold for hours at a time listening the most infuriating music in the whole world. Argh!!!
