~Rose:Rep was spectacular, everything seemed so confusing and difficult when it came to understanding my coverage and why i had a gap in coverage, the rep i spoke with was very helpful and patient with my many questions, to be honest I was actually being rude to her in the beginning of the call but throught the entire call rep kept her cool and was actually really sweet and patient. solong was her name. not sure if spelled right but i spelled it how she pronounced it to me.
