So I called MassHealth Kirk transferred me to an Agent and I was disconnected, twice. called again and used * instead of *. This person initiated an extension. Extension never went through. I Called the next day waited online for ** mins, got an automatic request for a callback. Two days earlier they were going to give me a call back, they called ** Hrs later. In the meantime I have no medicine. I call this an emergency, but they could care less.
