They wanted documentation of our immigration status (which we had submitted the year before for the same insurance, submitted it again * times!), then they could not find the payment, found it after * weeks but even though it was paid on time they didn't put it in the account until ** days later!!! Lost coverage and spent hours and hours on hold with people that don't know what they are doing! Horrible service all the way up to supervisors!
