~nc50:Mass Health Connector has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Since ****** I have called multiple times in an attempt to switch to another health plan. I've tried everything to get someone to help me & it is useless. Dealing with this Health Connector Bureaucracy is unbelievable!!!*******.I call everyday*******get put on hold for sometimes up to an hour*******.when I finally can talk to a living being they tell me they can't help me, but that someone from the accounts change department will call me*******..of course they can't give me any time frame(? * days, ? a week, ? a month, ? a year, ? on my **th birthday)*******..it's going on * weeks now & still no call*******frustration to the max!!! these people are useless!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to step in and stop the insanity!
