Have sent that part back and now am told that they will only return $***.** as the rest is held for Taxes*?*. Makes no sense. during calls to Brownsville office was told to get a ladder and climb on roof, *** yrs Here*. Have never had such poor quality from a co.from day ** bad modem etc. poor service from almost all employees, Victor, in Tx office really takes the cake... Will admit that Myra and Gabriella were great and promised that all NSF fees due to this will be repaid, but can anything be believed???? We'll see. Will be calling back to home office on Monday and will update
