~Hopping Mad:Up graded to Gen * told there would be no charge for this. suddenly a bill for the up grade while trying to resolve the issue disconnected. Pay $***.** to reconnect told there would be no other fees however they refused to put it writing. Now they are billing me an extra $***. This company is a rip off.Question are they regulated by the FCC or not or are they protected. If i could get another high speed I would tell to come for their equipment and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
