~caseys：Does anyone speak English anymore? ARGH!!!!! We have been without satllite service on a job site since a week ago. I called. They were going to call back to schedule a technician. Said it would be * to * days. Did Imention we are a business without satellite? OK. No call no show from the technician. I call back exactly a week after my first call to get a status update on the technician. No service order was started. REALLY? So we have to go through that again? Hughesnet doesn't have a service dept. That gets "outsourced" through Great American Satellite. She said * weeks. When asked to talk to her boss she said "My boss doesn't want to talk to you. She will tell you the same thing. If you don't like it, hang up". That's the cusotmer service we got. And the satellite being down is costing us money. What an ordeal!!!!!
