~ginamaywho:This company was forced to pay fines in July **** for scamming college students out of millions for excessive fees. Nothing has changed and I do not understand why they are allowed to continue with their unethical business practices. They charged me for $*** for a bill I had already paid in full a week prior. When I complained they told me send proof, which I did. They still refused to to refund the fees! There was absolutely NOTHING I could do and was forced to pay the fees because in their response to me I was told to pay it or risk further fees!! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! It is fraudulent and unnacceptable. I know their stock is plummeting and I can only hope they are forced out of business when higher ed institutions see the light and stop forcing this horrible company on their students!!!!!!!!!!!!!
