I have made * calls to the healthcare customer service in * months requesting they update my information so my insurance make their corrections. Each time I have been told it will be corrected to no avail. On a * way call myself, the marketplace and my insurance company today without making headway I asked to spear to a supervisor and was hung up on. The representative from my insurance company responded "unbelievable" we they hung up on us! Highly unprofessional, could hear conversations and constant laughter in the background. I'm guessing they are hiring individuals without any knowledge, without training and without a brain to answer your questions.
