GetHuman-235692:I was treated very poorly. I gor no answeres from anyone. The person was from some other country*I couldn't understand them at all. I called about a lost*delivery and have been calling for five days every day*with a promise that i would be called back and I have not been contacted at all. Very poor service. I have been a fingerhut custmer for many many years and spend thousands of dollars there. i may be done*shopping there after this experience.
