I've spent as much as ** hours dealing with their horrible customer service. I bought an Inspiron **** laptop from Dell a few years ago. Since the first day I received it I've had problems with it. I consistently get the dreaded "blue screen" which shuts down the computer periodically without warning. I've had to buy expensive extended warranties, and one time solution support sessions that have been nothing but a waste of money.
