~chrisb:As a printer*copier tech, I am forced to deal with tech support from a few different manufacturers. My recent experience with Dell is one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had. They could not resolve my customer's printer issue, which was under warranty, over the phone*emails, so they arranged for a Dell tech to come out and take a look. He even brought parts. After he could not resolve issue either, Dell replaced the machine. Everything was resolved in a week and our customer couldn't be happier. Awesome!!!
