~Gu3mom:I got an email a month ago saying that my subscription could not auto-renew because my credit card had expired. I did not want to renew at this time so did nothing. Even so, a charge went through on that "expired" card * weeks later without my knowledge or consent! I phoned today for an explanation and reversal. She had no explanation but did say she would process a cancellation*refund. Assuming the charge is reversed as promised, it's a reasonable solution, albeit to a problem that shouldn't have existed in the first place.
