While I was on hold, I had another call come in that I had to take, so had to disconnect from CR. Called back a few minutes later. Recording said * minutes, this time. It actually took ** minutes, but once I got a rep on the line, all was taken care of with respect, and quickly. Hopefully now, the monthly requests for donation and subscription renewals will stop.
