Ergo, I had to read ALL the credit card info twice and the rep is NOT allowed to say MY credit card info back to me for confirmation purposes.**I told him to write and email to his supervisor about this very poor customer service policies. And Consumer Reports has the nerve to rate other organizations on their customer service policies.**THEY OUGHT TO TAKE A LONG, HARD LOOK AT THEMSELVES AND REPORT ON IT.**AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY TO SUPPORT THE CONSUMER REPORTS FOUNDATION. NO WAY, JOSE.
