~seonsmith:Xfinity is a piece of **** company. They made certain promises when installing their home system. Now after taking * *** months of calling and finally getting an answer that they will not do what they promised. They want to charge me for trying to terminate our home contract. Why did you take * *** months to tell me you couldn't do it? Why send out three different people to only have the last one finally tell me the truth, then say whoops, you waited too long to cancel. Why didn't you just say we don't do that and let me cancel from the get go?! To top it off they installed something they told us could be a liability that is only temporary and now are telling me it has to be permanent, and they won't fix it.
