GetHuman-tingtang: You're so pissed off at the robot that it's hard to be polite when you finally get to a human . The human is then forced by Comcast to ask you the same questions you just answered to the robot. **The solution is not answering the robot's f***ing questions. Just mash the keys, focusing on star, zero, and pound, until you get to talk to a person. Then they can probably transfer you to the right place without having to deal with the robot.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
GetHuman-tingtang: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
