If everyone at comcast was like her, it would be worth the cost and hassle because she was so easy to work with. I know she was really trying to find me the best deal for what I wanted and not overcharging me. She was so pleasant - I would always ask for Lisa from Harrisonburg on the "Logistics Team" OR it was the "Loyalty Team"... either way, find her :)
